This is the first restaurant in Aomori Prefecture and, for 23 years, the only restaurant certified by the Neapolitan Pizza Association. From the Ishikawa direction, I passed Higashi-Ougijuku and took the prefectural road, but I had to check the map on the way to see if it was the right road (lol) It was quite a road heading west, and for a while there were apple fields on both sides. When I first saw it, I felt nervous. Cross the Tsugaru Railway once again and go left at the intersection where Bunkyo Elementary School is (or right if you are coming from the opposite direction).Considering that it is on the 1st floor of an apartment complex, we were able to safely install a wood-fired pizza oven and an entree oven. I think it was very good. When you enter the store, you will be asked if you have a reservation, but if you do not have one, you will be refused, which is probably when the restaurant is almost full. The hall staff checked with the owner, but I was able to sit down. I was there from 11:30 to 12:30 on Sunday, and it was empty, perhaps by chance. What I received was a drink set for lunch. The pizza is Margherita with diced mortadella sausage. +220 yen. Marinara also has mortadella topping, and there is no difference in price. We had coffee as a drink and a cake as well. Mortadella is also available in Brazil. Looks like bologna sausage. Apparently I want meat-based toppings on my pizza. Also, for those who want both cheese and tomato rather than Bianca or Marinara (lol) I think 1300 yen is cheap for a 28cm size and drink included. It was 1000 yen for 23 cm without drink at a local store. Satisfied with the size and taste. The cut size of the mortadella and the fact that it was placed in the middle made it easy to fall off, but it was delicious. Today's cake was a baked cheesecake. It's about 10% more expensive than the cake shop and about 2/3 the size. It was nice to meet you, and I'll definitely visit again. When I read this, I always think...I don't want restaurants that have pizza, pizzeria, pizzaiolo, etc. in their name to write "pizza" in their posts.
