休日の夜に来店。
店内は消毒液やアクリル板や店員さんのマスク着用等
感染症対策を未だにちゃんとされている珍しいラーメン屋さんですね。
対策がおざなりになって来た昨今でも継続されているのは感心しました。

スープ
コクと旨味が強い丸鶏と豚も入ったスープ。
目の前で昆布を多量切っていたので旨味は昆布の力が強い感じなのかな。
鶏団子の八角がけっこう影響を与えているので好みの分かれるところ。
麺
加水率高目な細麺はスープに合って美味しいです。
豚チャーシュー
肉の味が好い味付け最低限にした美味しいチャーシュー。
鶏チャーシュー
胸肉チャーシューとしては普通かな。
味玉
味は普通。
半熟具合は良いね。
鶏団子
八角がかなり効いているので好みがハッキリ分かれるかも。
【総評】
基本レベルが高い上に衛生管理もきちんとされている印象で好感が持てます。
これは他のメニューも食べてみたくなりますね。
