2020年7月にグランドオープンした弘前れんが倉庫美術館の横にある、カフェ&レストラン！シードル工場だったレンガ倉庫を改装した建物で、オープンする日を待ちに待っていました！
季節の野菜を使ったBRICKサラダと、青森県産の鶏もも肉のコンフィ、あとは五穀味鳥と温泉もやしのフォーを注文。(フォーは本当はモーニングでしたが時間ぎりぎりだったので店員さんのご親切で注文できました) 特にコンフィ！！お肉がとても柔らかくて、取り分けるにもナイフが不要なくらい。しっかりとしたボリューム感なのにさっぱりしていていくらでも食べれそう。。フォーも素材の良さがしっかりでていて温泉もやしも最高でした。
ステキな建物の中で、美味しい地元の料理をいただき、とても充実した時間を過ごすことができました。弘前れんが倉庫美術館にいかれる際には絶対に立ち寄った方が良いおすすめレストランです☆外国人の友人にも紹介したいな〜。
(店内入り口すぐには美術館の関連グッツなども販売されていて気になるシードルがいくつもありました。重いので..今回は断念)
