塩はさっぱり、醤油はこちらにはない東京の醤油？こがし醤油？でコクがあり、どちらもハマる味でした！
店主も愛想良いし、また来ます！
手揉み塩中華チャシュ-です。スープがあっさりしてます。手揉み麺は絡みやすいです。低温調理されたチャシュ-は美味しいです。
塩味玉ラーメンいただきました。はぁー、あっさりコクあり麺もちっとしていて、美味しかった。日曜日の14時すぎでしたが、空いていて良かったです。
2023年4月2日（日）鶏の旨味が詰まった泡系鶏白湯はスープはもちろん、麺や燻製したチャーシューまですべてハイレベル☆冬季限定商品！

冬季＋10食限定の鶏白湯がこの日で終了とのことでかなり早めに訪問。開店40分前に到着するとまだ誰も到着しておらず、車内待機。その後何台か車が来た後、自転車訪問...
鶏白湯ラーメン限定です。濃厚、上品なスープです。麺は平細麺です。
