弘前で美味しいラーメンないかなあと探していると
今研修の受講者の中に
秋田で有名なラーメンブログを書いている人が
オススメを教えてもらいました
「らぁ麺 くろ田」さんへ
弘前市街から少し離れた所にお店があります
こりゃ地図アプリで探さなきゃわかりません笑
最後の曲がり角に手作り看板があるので助かります
駐車場は12台ほど停められます
お店に入り券売機で食券を購入
待つためのベンチ（コの字型）があります
店員さんが食券を受け取りながら
席を案内してくれます
カウンター席が6席ほど
4人掛けのテーブル席が2卓
2人掛けのテーブル席が1卓です
今回注文したのは
「味玉醤油（¥850）」
煮干系が多い弘前において
The王道の醤油ラーメン
中華そば的なシンプルすぎず
ちょい濃いめの病みつきになるスープ
美味あ
ネギ
メンマ
低音調理された？大判のチャーシューが
トロトロで美味い
そして半熟でしっかり味付けされた玉子
これは完飲案件です
美味い美味い美味い
どんどん箸が進んでいきました
さすがラーメンブロガーおすすめの店でした
