前から気になっており今年初めて訪問致しました。
12:00頃に入店すると店内に3組ほど。
私は初来店のお店は必ず基本の醤油ラーメンです。
鶏出汁の良い香りがたまりませんでしたが
飲んでみたら、ん？
でも麺は美味しかったですね。
健康上塩分は少々控えなければならないので
大変申し訳ないのですがたまにお店の方に割スープを頂きます。
そして今回もお願いしたのですが
｢うちは割スープやってないので｣
言われた途端帰ろうと思ったのですが
他のお店に食べに行く時間もなく少し食べて店を出ました。
店主さんはまだお若いので自分のお店の味に自信を持って営業する事は良い事かもしれませんが
年齢を重ねるうちに、健康面でどうしても減塩しなければならない方や、妊婦さんで減塩しなければならない方もいる事を理解して頂けたらありがたいです。
