今話題沸騰中の、津軽ではめずらしい「煮干しでない」醤油ラーメンを食べに、バイクで弘前までやってきました。聖愛高校近くの郊外のりんご畑の中にある「らぁ麺くろ田」さんです。日曜日の昼に入店したのですが、カウンター二席残して満席状態。ラッキーにもカウンターへ案内されました。入店時に券売機で「味玉醤油ラーメン・大盛」950円をポチリました。待つこと10分、着丼。まずはスープを一口。鶏ガラの味が前面に出ていてコクがあってうまい！麺は自家製麺と思われるストレート麺。大きなメンマが二本。トロトロチャーシューが一枚。味玉も熱々で半熟具合がいい感じです。あっという間にスープまで完食です。黒田官兵衛がラーメンをすすっている絵のＴシャツをきたお兄さん一人で店を切り盛りしています。私が食べている間にも次々とお客さんがきて、私が食べ終わる頃には20人待ちの状態でした。人気店なので時間をずらしての訪問をおすすめします。「煮干しでない」醤油ラーメンもありですね…。ごちそう様でした。また来ます。
