弘前市の虹のマートは海産物から惣菜まで地の物だらけの地元に愛される市場です
ここにくると居酒屋廣瀬の仕入れ心に火が付きます
ここで仕入れをするときにいつもいただくのが場内のラーメン屋さん「麺屋コルトン」いつもは青森ラーメンらしい美味しい煮干し醤油そばをいただくのですが、今回は限定鳥塩そばがイチオシ！とのことでいただいてきました。写真の通り透明感のすっきりさと深い鳥出汁の旨みが歯応え硬めのツルッと麺にピッタリです。相変わらず全メニュー美味しいです。今回もありがとうございました
