お盆で日曜日だったけど早め入店（11:30）だったからか店内は空いてる席もちらほらあった。
お盆期間はランチやってないらしい。
和牛カルビ→柔らかくておいしい
牛タン→厚めだけど柔らかい。
上牛タンネギ塩→柔らかくておいしい。ネギって長ネギかと思いきや玉ねぎだったのが微妙。玉ねぎ乗せずに食べた。
ナンコツ塩焼→コリコリしてておいしい。味薄めだから塩かけた
ガツ→コリコリでおいしい
上和牛ハラミ→柔らかくておいしい
レバー→タレ。クセなくて柔らかい。
冷麺→辛味別添えにしてもらった。全部入れたけど全然辛くない。さっぱりしてて締めに良い。
