...ter his hometown of Hokkaido, with the pioneering spirit. The first thing you notice when you enter the shop is the thick wooden beam. This is a remnant of the time when the owner ran Coffee shops, and a symbol of the owner and owner's memories. Just like in a dream, it was when they came down the stairs and found this place. Since the two of them opened "Tondenhei" in March 2002, it has been 10 years since it was opened. The history of Tondenhei will continue here. <Chopstick bag ceremony> The owner writes the image he felt when he saw the customer who came to the shop on a chopstick bag and gives it to the customer. The customer reads it out loud. This is called the "Tondenhei ceremony".
