こだわりの蕎麦が活きるシャレた空間。酒と肴に手打ち蕎麦。
北海道摩周産の石臼で挽いた全粒粉を使用し、そば粉９割＋割り粉１割と冷水で打つそばです。醤油は奥多摩、昆布は北海道南真昆布、節は土佐の枯れ節、みりんは昔仕込み本みりん、化学調味料、添加物は使用していない安全安心なそばです。 「酒と肴に〆はそば」と言うように、日本酒３０種、焼酎、ワイン、ビールなど取り揃え、酒肴も和食、洋食、ちょっぴり中華など創作料理があり、お酒を存分に楽しめます。 |
