この旅の1番の目的は八戸のみなと食堂で、
ひらめの漬け丼を食べること、
2015年にごはん切れで食べ損ねた9年越しの
リベンジです。
きゅん旅割を一泊2日にしたのも
歩いて5.6分のパンション弁慶さんに宿泊
したのも、すべてはひらめの漬け丼を
食べ損なわないため‥
朝5時起床、暖パン履いて
トコトコ歩き、みなと食堂さんには
開店6時の約20分前に到着
店前に出ている用紙に記帳
7番目。
開店2分前にお店の方が現れて
記帳した人の名前を呼びます
無事一巡目に食べられることが
わかり、ほっ！
さて開店と同時に入店
カウンターに腰掛け
ひらめの漬け丼とせんべい汁のセット
をお願いします。
程なくやってきた
ひらめの漬け丼、なんてキレイ
でもね、ちょっとだけがっかりした
なぜなら、私はひらめの身が縦に
並ぶ丼を期待していたので‥
今日の漬け丼は、玉子の黄身を中心に
ぐるりと円を描く盛り付けだったので
夢にまで見た（はい、大袈裟です）
ひらめの漬け丼は、ひらめの身の甘さ
絶妙なタレ、崩した黄身のマリアージュ
とってもおいしかった！
せんべい汁もやさしい味わいでよかった
お店の方の接客も感じがよく
9年ぶりのリベンジは、とても優しいもの
でした。
きてよかったなぁ、
鉢の八戸、陸奥湊。
夢にまで見たひらめ漬け丼は
大満足でした。
リピーターも多いのも納得。
でもね、その2日後に福岡でひらめの
お刺身を頂いたのですが、福岡のひらめは
私の知るひらめでした。
だけど、みなと食堂の丼はひらめかなぁ？
少し謎です。
でも、また来たい
みなと食堂、今度は、
ひらめと縁側のハーフとか
海鮮丼行ってみたいです。
