２回目の訪問ですが、始めてのレビューです。
今回店内混雑していたこともあり、カウンター席に案内されました。
お陰で大将と色々とお話をすることができました。
前回ここで頂いた「せんべい汁」が忘れられません。
B-1グランプリ金賞を受賞する前でしたが出汁のコクと旨さ、出汁が浸みた南部せんべいがとても美味しかったのです。
大将にお聞きすると出汁は鶏がらを使用しているそうです。
具材は南部せんべいはもちろんですが、鶏肉、ネギ、木くらげ、ごぼう他と豪華です。
お酒を飲んだ後はもちろん、飲みながらでもせんべい汁はあいます。
八戸といったら新鮮な魚介がたくさんあります。
お刺身を頂くと、活ホタテ、活いか、ひらめ、いか、ほっき貝の５種盛り。
都内では考えられないボリュームです。
驚きだったのはあなごの天ぷら。
身が柔らかく、とても肉厚。
江戸前のあなごは勝てませんw。
最後に大将のオススメをお願いしたところ、たらの白子天ぷらがでてきました。
生で食べても美味しい白子です。
外はからっと揚がっておりますが、中身はとろ～り♪
絶品です。
いや～、美味しい食材を知り尽くした料理です。
南部もぐりさんに来る度に新たな出会いがあります。
