八戸飲みの醍醐味は、ひたすらにハシゴであります。
みろく横丁の肩と肩が触れ合うような感じは、まさに八戸！って感じがするけれど。
カウンターじゃなくて小上がりでしっぽりってゆーのがやりたくて、もうちょい大きめのお店にしました。
仕事絡みの座敷宴会とか、えー靴脱ぐのめんどくさ〜っ！なんて思ったりするくせに。
プライベートハシゴ酒の三軒目四軒目あたりの小上がりは、なんかめっちゃ寛げる気がしていいわぁ…
なんて言っちゃう現金さ（笑）
キレキレのカクテルを出すark LOUNGE＆BARと同じフロアにある、ザ・郷土料理のお店へGO！

お通しに長芋と漬物の合わせたのが出てきて。
あぁ、青森だなぁ〜としみじみ。
青森の長芋は、美味しいんだよね♪
ほや刺を頼んだら、ほや水に浸かって出てきた。
ん〜これだよ、コレ！たまらんよね！
ほやを日常的に食べる土地柄ならではの提供方法。
甘み、しょっぱみ、酸味、渋味、旨み、苦み、
全ての味がめくるめくやって来る。
そして、ほやを食べた後の日本酒と水の甘さったら‼︎
びっくりするくらい、フツーの水が美味くなるの。
なんなんだろね、このナチュラルドーピング効果。
ほやを食べる楽しみの8割は、甘い舌を獲得する為にあると言っても過言では無い（笑）
さてと…東北らしさを満喫したし、
