席はカウンターと座敷の２パターン
その日に入った魚を使うメニューのため内容は結構変わるそう
津軽地方のお料理も多く、家庭的な雰囲気の中で地元の味を楽しむことができる店
▪️お刺身
サバを食べたかったが生憎入荷がなく他のお刺身の盛り合わせを注文。
とは言えどのお刺身も鮮度抜群で美味しかったです。
▪️サバ焼 770円
刺身はできないけど焼魚ならということで食べることができた鯖。
ホクホクの身は甘みを有して美味しかったです。
▪️夏みょうが 440円
水々しさを備えたみょうが。
特有の鼻から抜ける香りに魅了されます。
▪️みずのおひたし 350円
青森らしいものをとリクエストして出してもらった山菜のおひたし。
たっぷりの水分を含んだ爽快なひと品。
▪️焼なす 440円
日本酒とよく合う香ばしい焼香の茄子。
▪️せんべい汁 660円
初めて食べる青森の郷土料理。
想像していたよりも格段に美味しく驚きました。
海のものも山のものも美味しいものばかり。
今回は食べられなかったけどまだまだ食べてみたいものが沢山、青森の奥深さを教えてもらいました。
