大将自ら市場に足を運んだり、卸の方との付き合いの長さから、「お前、寿司屋でもないのに…」と嫉妬されるほど新鮮で滅多に口にできない海の幸を堪能できる居酒屋です。
私が行った時はカレイの王様松皮ガレイのお刺身とそのえんがわ、穴子の天ぷら、姫ニンニクの天ぷらがクリティカルヒット！
あんなに歯応えのあるえんがわと上品な味わいの分厚い刺身は、東京でもなかなか食べられないのでは？穴子は肉厚で柔らかく、噛むたびにジュワッと旨味が…。姫ニンニクは口が臭くなりませんので、ご安心ください。
八戸の後輩に紹介されたお店で、今回が3回目ですが、その時々で旬のものを出してくれます。
とにかく、オススメは聞いた方が早いですね。
