以前情報誌でこちらのお店のハンバーグが取り上げられていて、それがずっと気になっていたので、初めてハンバーグを食べに来ました。ハンバーグが含まれているメニューは数種類ありますが、迷った結果洋食の王道である海老フライとコラボした「ハンバーグ&海老フライ定食(968円)」に決定。
脇に添えられているサラダは、シャキシャキでドレッシングも美味しいですが、そのドレッシングが少な目なのが残念ですね。
メインのハンバーグにはデミグラスソースがかかっていて、牛7豚3の割合で作られたハンバーグは噛むと中は柔らかく、控えめの味つけのデミグラスソースが良く合います。ただし、最近よくあるような、断面から肉汁が溢れてくる感じはありません。
海老フライはやや細めですが、勿論カリッと揚げられていて、タルタルソースとの相性もバッチリ。
付け合わせなポテトはホクホクですが、スパゲティは至って普通です。
ご飯とお味噌汁がつく、洋食だけど和定食なのが日本人には嬉しいですね。
