I went to Yakinikuya Karashi-tei in Shimonaga for the first time to eat Yakiniku (Grilled meat). There was one group of customers when I entered the restaurant at 7pm, so I sat at a table in the back. I hadn't had lunch yet, so I thought I'd have a meal, but the set meal was a platter of two kinds of meat, and there was no combination I liked. I wanted to order two plates of meat, so I chose cheek and innards from the menu. From the menu, I ordered: Oolong tea 99 yen, beef cheek meat 390 yen, whole innards 590 yen (excluding tax). I decided to order rice later. A charcoal grill, oolong tea, and Yakiniku (Grilled meat) were brought to the table. The amount of meat that was brought was small, and it was a platter of meat that I don't like, so it was disappointing. I finished the meat before I had time to order rice. <Things I was concerned about. > I was told to "enjoy the dish with our specialty plum salt," so I was looking forward to it, but both types of meat were seasoned with a strong amount of salt, and adding the plum salt made it too salty for my taste.
