【青森・秋田旅行4】
時間は11時半、ランチタイムです
縄文館を出発して向かったのは八食センター
八食センターは、何でもそろう巨大市場です
施設内には鮮魚店から土産店、飲食店まで揃い
その中にある七厘村では、施設内で買った食材を
炭火焼きで食べる事が出来ます。
使用料は大人400円、子供150円
箸やコップ、調味料、炭火焼きコンロが全て付いてます
火を起こす必要もなく、焼くだけ！楽ちんです♫
席に案内されてから、市場に買い出しです〜
購入した魚介類は……
◇大きなホッケ2枚（500円税込）
◇ホタテ7枚（1,000円税込）
◇大きな牡蠣5枚（1,000円税込）
◇イカ焼き1杯（500円税込）
どの店も、七厘村で焼くと言うと手早く殻を剥いて、
焼くだけの状態にしてくれます♪
普段、BBQなどをしないので助かります！
さて‼︎焼きますよ♪
ホタテは、バター醬油でいただきます（バターは持参）
うま〜(*≧∀≦*)
身がふっくら、貝の旨みが濃いです♪
バター醬油は間違いない美味しさです〜
牡蠣は、おっきいです
生で食べれる牡蠣なので、半焼きで頂きましたが
もう美味い‼︎
ホッケ（大）は2枚セットで500円ですが、
美味しいけど、量があり過ぎ〜
これが腹に溜まり満腹
イカは写真ないですが、キモ入りホイル焼きで
奥様はこれが一番美味しかったらしいです
自分で焼く楽しみと、焼き立てを食べる楽しみ、
何とも贅沢な時間でした♪
