知人の紹介で訪問。
車でないと中々難しい場所にあり、近づくにつれてこんなところにあるのかなという不安が強くなってきた。それでもナビを信じていくとPizzaritoの看板があり一安心。かと思いきや、建物がロッジじゃないですか。芝の庭付き。車は10台は停められるでしょうか、十分なスペース。
恐る恐る店の前にある看板を確認しに行くと、Pizzaritoとなっており、入店して今度こそ安心。
階段上がって2階がお店のスペースとなっています。ピアノ等の楽器が置いてあり、無料で演奏してくれる曜日があるそうな。落ち着いた音楽が流れていて、スピーカーは私好みのBOSE。
このお店のピザ生地はクリスピーのみ。注文後、生地を伸ばして、一枚一枚薪の窯で焼いているとのこと。
初めて訪問した店では基本的にマルゲリータと決めているので、ちょっと迷ったもののLサイズ（30㎝）を注文。Sサイズ（15㎝）900円、Mサイズ（25㎝）1200円、Lサイズ1600円とそれほど高くない。
しばしの待ち時間の後、ピザ登場。予想以上にシンプル。
味の方はトマトの風味が活かされている（チーズとバジルが弱いとも言う？）。生地は結構固めでぱりぱり。クリスピーだから当たり前ですが。かなり素朴な味わいだがその分飽きないためサクサク食べ進めることができた。
+100円でハーフ&ハーフもできるようなので、今度来たときはやってみたい。
