その次出てきたリゾットもカリッとしたお焦げの歯ごたえや香茸と秋トリュフが相待ってまぁ美味しい❤️
ふわとろの白子に合わせてからすみソースが少し濃いめの味付けで引けをとらない感じがまたよき☺️
青森って黒ニンニクの推しが強いですが、イチボに合わせる黒ニンニクソースはくどさがなくでもしっかり黒ニンニクの風味もあって美味しかった！！
