出張先の八戸で伺いました＾＾
取引先の紹介ということもあり、事前にリクエスト済だったのでメニューは見ませんでしたが。。。
何を食べても美味しくて、間違いなし！！！
お造りはマグロの赤身、サバ炙り、イカ、ウニ
赤身は味がよくしっとり濃厚、さすが青森のマグロだけあります。
サバは軽く炙ってありこれまたGood、青森はサバも有名です。八戸前沖サバは地域ブランドとして有名です。
八戸はイカ水揚げ日本一ということもあり、イカはどこでいただいても美味しいのです☆
つぶ貝は小さ目でしたが、身がしっかりしていてこれまた美味。肝が美味しかったです！
ウニ、牡蠣は私のリクエスト。
ウニは北海道産、牡蠣は三沢の牡蠣でした。
ウニはいうことなく絶品。
牡蠣はもはやドリンク。。。
青森の牡蠣は初めてでしたが、ものすごく大きいのにクリーミーでジューシーでプリンプリン
大き～い牡蠣でしたが、４個も飲んでしまいました♬
塩味がちょうどよく、レモンだけでいただきました！！
カレイの煮つけ、あんこう鍋は・・
美味しかったのですがもうお腹がいっぱいだったので、カレイの卵とあん肝とあんこうの胃袋（たぶん？）だけは意地で食べました。
いつもは日曜日がお休みなので（私が青森に行くのはたいてい日曜日）初めて伺いましたが最高でした~☆☆☆
ぜひ、日曜日やってもらいたいです！！
