東北出張の一泊目は、グランドサンピアさんにお世話になりました。
夕食は大間マグロを追加したコースをレストランでいただくことに。
やはり普通のマグロとは訳が違います(°_°)
脂が繊細で身の繊維が細かく冷凍処理されていないことがはっきり分かります！！
青森では赤身、中トロ、大トロと三点セットになっていることが多く比較して味わうとマグロ三昧を堪能できます。
また、グランドサンピアさんの朝食バイキングは、どれも食材の味を大切にしつつ薄味でホントに美味しかったです。サラダの人参ドレッシングやお浸しなんかも絶妙で、毎日食べたいと思わせる味わいです。
品数やバランスもよく青森の料理レベルの高さを感じました(ToT)
