八戸市内にある定食屋さんで、唐揚げが有名なお店です。今回は、晩御飯で来店してみました。
お店は、市内から少し外れた位置にあります。近くの駐車場に車を停めて店内に入ると、喫茶店みたいな内装ですね。テーブル席に座っ唐揚げ定食を注文します。
１５分ほど待って唐揚げが到着、お盆から溢れるほどのボリュームです。予想よりも多い
気を取り直して唐揚げを頂くと、熱々でシュウシーで、鳥特有の旨味が滲み出して来ます。旨い！
骨つきなので手で割りながら食べますが、油はあまり手につかないですね。
塩を付けながら頂きましたが、醤油よりもこっちの方がストレートに鶏の味が楽しめると思いました。
唐揚げ以外にもサラダやイカと大根の煮物や、お味噌汁なんかもついて、かなり腹一杯になりましたよ。
