八戸ブイヤベースフェスタのセットメニューをいただきました。アミューズのイカスミのマカロン、前菜の数々、ブイヤベースのスープ、ブイヤベースの魚介類、デザートまで大変美味しかったです。
一つだけ、サメの身を使ったクネルはやっぱりサメの匂いが鼻についてしまい、無理に具材に使わなくていいかな～と。でも全体的に大満足。
サービスは若い女性にはもう少し店で出す料理、ワインの勉強を期待。何を聞いてもわかりません、聞いてきますの繰り返し。お皿の出し方、下げ方、全て気に障りました。
本八戸駅からさらに何駅か乗り、バスもほぼ無いので白銀駅からタクシーに乗れるようにあらかじめタクシーの予約をしたほうがよいです。
