評価の難しい時期に伺いました、コロナウイルス緊急事態宣言は解除されて徐々に
夜の繫華街も賑わいを戻りつつある時に訪問。
週末に行きましたが先客は一グループのみ、チョット寂しい感じでしたが静かに飲めると
思えばいいかな？
厨房一人、接客一人？で営業したました。人も減らしてのたのかな？
店内は皆さまのレビュー通りキレイでいいですね!
まずはエビスの生で乾杯、刺身は夏なので「ほや」、「平目刺し」旬は冬だが「北寄刺し」を注文
どちらも鮮度がよく美味しく頂きました。
日本酒「八仙」「豊盃」を呑み、「冷やしトマト」「クリームチーズ西京漬け」「炙り牛のウニ乗せ」
「目光のから揚げ」など色々頼んだがどれもおいしく頂きました。
お通しも「煮つぶ貝と煮凝り」となかなか凝ったものでした、また来たいと思います。
