おんであんせユートリーおみやげショップにて、青森・八戸の名物”チーズといかのハーモニー なかよし ブラックペッパー”を頂いてきました。
地元八戸港に水揚げされたイカで粗挽き黒胡椒がピリっときいたチーズを挟んでいる最高のおつまみでした。
特にイカは、八戸のアカイカを”のしいか”にし、これをそのまま使用しチーズを挟んでいるとのことで、
イカ自体の旨味や、弾力のある噛み応えが最高に満足度が高く、ピリっときいた粗挽き黒胡椒とチーズが、イカの旨味を引き立て、お酒のお供に最高にあう、とても美味しい名物、お土産でした。
