ぶらりと歩いていたら偶然遭遇。恐る恐る入店。寿司居酒屋「松膳」
「握り寿司とせんべい汁のセット」1000円税込
ちらし寿司とのセットのランチ二種類のみ。カウンターと小上がりの店内に10名ほど先客あり。
先付け→ポテサラ、野沢菜、大根のなます。
握り→マグロ、カンパチ、サーモン、メバル、ホタテ、蒸しエビ、タマゴの7貫。
せんべい汁→バリっと割ってスープイン。あっさりとして美味しい。せんべもモチモチとして旨い。
日本酒リストを眺めると、青森の地酒だけでなく、東北地方を中心に豊富なり。
