八戸出張のお土産にと、八戸駅近くのスイーツ屋さんを検索するとヒットしたのはこちら「パティスリーさんぷく」のみ。という事で迷う事なくお店に伺ってきました。
ショーケースには美味しそうなケーキが並んでいましたが、見に止まったのはとてもリーズナブルな価格で美味しそうに並んでいるワッフルです。
生クリーム・カスタード・いちごの３種類あり、どれも美味しそうなので３つともいただきました。
持ってみると想像以上に軽く、食べるとフワッとした食感です。生クリームは甘さ控えめ、カスタードはしっかり目のクリームで一番重量感があります。いちごは爽やかな味で一番好みの味でした。
