前にも触れたが、青森県の三大都市の駅は複雑な位置付け！
特に、八戸駅は乗り換え時間の便が良くない上に、八戸市の中心街からは程遠い。
こちらのパティスリーもイートインなどと気の効いたものが在れば時間も過ごせるが、残念ながらテイクアウトのみ。
元々は、五戸の和菓子屋さんが、前洋菓子店『エンゼル』の形態を引き継いだものと思える。
先代から続くワッフルが看板だが、しっとり系のデザートを午後までクオリティを保たせるのは難しい。
