丼ぶりの中で好きな親子丼が復活したとのことで行きました。
ジョブチューンみたいに比内地鶏の親子丼と比較するつもりはないが、
料理人からすると顔をしかめるだろう。
しかし、値段が値段だけに、柔らかい肉は胸肉？高齢者には良いかも、
私的には歯ごたえのある肉が良い。味付けももう少し薄目でも良い。
素材の味がかんじられるから。
やっぱり牛丼ですね。
