事前にお任せでコース料理の予約をして伺いました。
三沢空港からレンタカーを借りて向かいました。
お店の前には広いコインパーキングもあり駐車には便利です。
今回は３名でお昼にお任せでコース予約
八戸の美味しい食材が堪能できると紹介されて伺いました。
先付けから始まりましたがどれも丁寧にお仕事をされているのがよくわかります。
お刺身も少しづつ種類豊富に盛り付けて下さっているのが嬉しい。
お刺身に雲丹も入っています(^_^)
鮑、北寄貝、白子、海藻しゃぶしゃぶ
これがどれを食べても美味しすぎる！
胡麻と梅の２種類のたれでいただくのですがそのままでも十分に美味しい。
鮑は柔らかいけどしっかりコリコリとした食感もあり最高
北寄貝は名産品と言うだけあって、新鮮で北寄貝の味がとても濃いです。
季節にもよると思いますが、北寄貝は是非に食べて欲しいです。
白子もプリプリクリーミー生でも美味しいですが、火を通すと甘みがさらに感じる。
海藻も脇役じゃないぐらい美味しいですよ。
食感も海藻の味もしっかりしていて海藻しゃぶしゃぶだけでも一品でいける感じです。
七草さん拘りのすき焼きも少なめサイズでいただきました。
少なめで出して下さっているのに、かなり堪能できる。
普段ならこれでご飯で満足しちゃいそうなぐらい美味しいです。
もうすでにお腹が満たされてきた頃に
キンキの焼き魚と蟹味噌焼き
これも美味しい夕飯はいらぬと言う気持ちになりました。
ぁ〜もうだめだ〜お腹が一杯
からの『ウニの炊き込みご飯』
これを食べずには帰れない
ワタシの大好物なのです。
