まず味付けは好きにして良いというのが好み。
岩塩、わさび、胡椒、タレを出してくれて、
自由にしてOKのスタイル。
自分は塩と胡椒を強めにして、
ワサビで食べるのが好きなのでありがたい！
追加のワサビもすぐくれました。
肉は本当に上質！

全て上質で隙がないです。
あまりに隙がなさすぎたので、
もう少し赤身も食べて見たいので、
次は赤身も頼んでみようと思いました。
