JR東日本150周年記念旅行(東北+新潟)1日目2食目
新潟観光からの青森直行という弾丸ぶり
これも記念切符の成せる技
前から食べたかった鯖寿司
電話したところホテルに泊まらなくとも持ち帰りができるよう
2千円超の少しサイズが大きいタイプの鯖寿司
受け取り時間に合わせて作ってくれるそう
ちなみに残念な話、板長は東京出張とのこと
ホテル自体は想像以上に古い
レストランがあるのか？と疑いたくなるほど
これは意外
鯖寿司以外にも鯖味噌や鯖刺しなど冷凍品が売られている
ホテルに持ち帰ってさっそく実食(実は間で居酒屋に行ったが)
この鯖の身の厚さよ
米と鯖がほとんど1対1だよ！
鮮度抜群のプリプリザクザク食感
鯖自身の脂が乗りつつ締めた酸味もある
どちらも全くしつこくない絶妙なバランス
酸っぱいだけのいつもの鯖寿司とは全然違う
クロスに付けられた切れ目も案外重要で、噛み切りを良くしている
これは確かに抜群に美味い
これだけのために八戸に！とはなかなかならないと思うが、物産展でも売っているようなので一見の価値有り
