たまたま用事で行った八戸市ですが、昼過ぎになったので検索すると極近くに「ケンちゃんラーメン八戸店」の表示が！
これはもう行くしかないと、伺いました。
GWの谷間の平日でしたが、運良くカウンターに座ることが出来ました。
店内は煮干しの匂い漂い、胃袋を刺激して来ます。
着丼し、早速スープを口に運ぶと、煮干しの旨みが広がり風味が鼻を抜けて行きます。
やや細い平打ちの手揉み縮れ麺も程よいモチモチ感があって美味いです。
少し食べ進んだところで、卓上の胡椒を振り入れて味変を楽しみます。
久しぶりのケンちゃんラーメン、夢中になって食べてしまいました。
