休日夜に訪問。
19時頃伺うとほぼ満席。
1階は囲炉裏のようなスペースで魚を焼いており、その回りをかこうようにカウンターがある。
2階は屋根裏部屋のような作りで天井低め。
こうゆうスペースは落ち着きますよね。この日は2階でした。
お通しが卵とき煮麺で期待大。
お刺身の盛り合わせや、青森で取れた旬の魚をの塩焼きなどを注文。
特に気に入ったのは、栗の素揚げ。
他のお店でも見たことがないメニューです。
渋皮を取らずに素揚げした栗を塩でいただく。
素朴な甘さがありとても美味しかったです。
また行きます。
