八戸にある家系ラーメン、海老塩や辛味噌などの他の種類のラーメンも充実してます。24時間なのも嬉しいところです。お店は幹線道路沿いにあって、車での来店が基本ですね。
この日も車まで来店、駐車場に車を停めて、店内に先客は５人ほど、券売機でネギ味噌ラーメンの食券を購入してカウンター席に座りました。
１０分ほどでラーメンが到着、ネギがどっさりですね。
まずはスープから豚骨と味噌のブレンドされたラーメンは、味噌の味が強めで、後味が甘いですな。
麺は中太の縮れが入った麺で、噛みごたえがあります。
茹で時間が長いのがなっとくですね。
トッピングはサイコロチャーシュー、海苔、ワカメ、ネギです。チャーシューは噛みごたえがある豚肉で、こういうサイコロのチャーシューは珍しいですね。
ネギはシャキシャキで程よい硬さ、辛くしても確かにありかもしれないです。
遅くまでやっているので重宝しそうな予感、次は海老を食べてみようと思います。ご馳走さまでした。
