年末の営業最終日に妻と訪問しました。
人気店のようで事前に電話で予約をしましたがテーブルは満席のようで「カウンター席でも
イイですか」との事。
また「年末最終日なのでコースのみですが」とも言われましたが自分達的には全然OKなのでカウンターでの食事になりました！
初め聞いた時は「バル」なのに「コース料理」があるんだ～と思いましたが逆にそれが良かったですね！
まずは前菜「生ハムの盛り合わせ」色々種類の生ハムがあってどれも美味しくグラスワインの白も
注文！ワインが進みます。
２皿目は「カルパッチョ」これも美味しい特にイワシ、サバがイイ！
３皿目は「穴子と白子のフリット」白子は旬でトロリと穴子フワフワでサクサクで美味しかったです。
４皿目はパスタ「八戸産イカのトマトソースリングイネ」食感とリングイネのモチモチ感がイイ！
５皿目はメインの肉です「八戸毬姫牛のステーキ」柔らかく焼き加減も絶妙！
６皿目はパルメザンチーズのリゾット、パルメザンの塩加減と米の食感がイイ。
途中グラスワインとフォカッチャのおかわりでお腹いっぱいです。
追加料金でドルチェも注文出来ましたが断念。
アイスコーヒーのみにしまし。
とても満足なディナーでしたこれで４２００円のコース、コスパ良すぎでしょ。
再訪し違う料理も頂きたいと思います。
