休日昼にランチ利用。
開店直ぐに入店したが、外観からは分からないほど客が既に入店していた。自分たちの後の客は待ちが発生していた。
この日は、辛いつけ麺である「つけのすけ 赤」の大をオーダー。驚いたのが、スープが辛いだけでなく、赤色の麺自体にも辛味があり、後味にスパイスが効きまくることで、刺激的な味わいを生んでいた。辛さだけでなく、つけ麺としても大変美味であった。
