今日はこちらでランチです。
店舗は八戸駅前で食処味まるの大きな看板の建物で暖簾にお結びyouとありますので事前に佇まいをチェックすると分かりやすいです。
店内は決して広くはありませんが情緒ある雰囲気で湿度過多です。
色々なお結びメニューの中からやはり1番人気と2番人気の特選筋子と卵黄醤油漬けにし、かけそばで頂きました。
相方はにんにくみそと肉吸いと言う肉と豆腐とトロロ昆布が入ったものです。
因みにかけそばにもトロロ昆布は入ってました。
先ずはお結びですがフワッと絶妙なにぎり具合で海苔も食べやすさの邪魔をしない歯切れの良い物です。
かけ蕎麦は丁度良い塩味の汁でトロロ昆布に絡まった蕎麦をスルスル頂けますがネギの量がもう少し欲しいところです。
食べ終えて会計時にお土産のおにぎりを頂きました。このおにぎりはメニューには無いものなので大変有り難く楽しみです。
