今回、食事は、旬のホッキ貝をいただきたいと思い割烹「福水」に
予約して三沢に向かいました。
店の開店時間と同時に入店して、案内されたのは、２階の個室でした。
店内は、１階にカウンターもあり、落ち着いていて少し高級感がある雰囲気です。
まずドリンクは、生ビールを（５２０円）を注文しました。。
料理は、おまかせコース（３０００円）をお願いしていました。
テーブルにセットされていた料理は、造り４点盛・メカブ酢・茶碗蒸・
北寄貝の陶板焼です。
後付で運ばれた料理は、ブリカマ焼物・天婦羅・味噌汁・寿司５カン盛と、
デザートのシャーベットでした。
生ビール後のドリンクは、日本酒で田酒（７００円）と、豊杯（７００円）をいただきました。
ホッキ貝も、満喫しました。
少し匂いがあった焼き物は、残してしまいました。
