ここのビュッフェ会場ては、青森らしいお料理がぞんぶんに楽しめます。

ろばた焼きあり、お刺し身あり、天ぷらあり、どれを選ぶか困るほど。天ぷらは火の入れ具合が絶妙。それと、ニンニクの天ぷらは必食ではないでしょうか。

どちらかというと、和食中心です。
