十和田市の拉麺萬さんに行きました！
前回訪問したのは10年以上前かな？どんな味だったけかな～？と思いながら訪問。
老夫婦が切り盛りしているお店。店の前通るたびに人はけっこう入ってて人気なんだな～とは思うもののなかなかタイミングがなかった…。
今回は海老かた焼きそばが気になったので海老かた焼きそばをオーダーしました！
かた焼きそば揚げ方が好きですね～素揚げした麺に塩味の餡が程よくあって麺のパリッと感をしっかり楽しみつつ餡と絡めてまた味を楽しむ感じで良いんだなあ～♪
まだまだ元気に続けて欲しいお店ですね～♪
