十和田美術館のすぐ近くにあって
美術館の帰りに立ち寄りました。
複数店舗複合されているエリアにあり
駐車場もかなり広めの合同の場所があったので
とても便利でした。
平日の12時半頃伺いました。
混んでいて数分待ったのち
案内していただきました。
各テーブルがカラフルで
とてもキレイです◎
やはりここは一番人気のバラ焼定食をチョイス
★十和田バラ焼きランチ 1500円
10分ほどでサラダや小皿などが到着し
続いて2人分まとめた状態で
バラ焼きが到着しました。
玉ねぎが周辺をぎっしりと
囲んでいてど真ん中にはお肉タワー。
最初に周りの玉ねぎを時計回りに
ぐるぐる混ぜて色がつくまでしっかりと。
そしたら真ん中の肉タワーを崩して
まんべんなく全部かき混ぜて
よく焼いたら出来上がり。
早速食べてみると
しっかりと味が染み込んでいて
めちゃくちゃ美味しいです。
お肉は柔らかで
玉ねぎはシャキシャキ食感で良い組み合わせ。
ご飯との相性も抜群ですし
柚子胡椒入れても美味しかったです。
お会計はPayPayが使えました。
