北の町五所川原の夕食。予定していたお店が既に本日閉店。一旦ホテルに戻りお勧めのお店を確認。最近の私のスタイル、"地元の御飯屋さんはホテルのスタッフに聞け"。そこで教えてもらったのが「一休寿司」さん。
扉を開けるとカウンターがドンと目に入って来た。"うわっ、カウンターだけの高級店か"と一瞬怯んだが、ここまで来て引き返すわけにもいかないので、そのまま着席。
「店長おすすめ3000円コース」を注文。メニューには、"特上寿司一人前又は刺身・寿司五貫、茶碗蒸し又はお通し"となっていたが、結局、「茶碗蒸し」も「お通し」も出た。
3000円コースの内容は以下の通り。
「お通し」(ジャガイモとベーコンのマヨ和え)、「刺身」(帆立・鯛・鯵)、「天ぷら」(海老・南瓜・さやいんげん・白身魚)、「煮魚」、「茶碗蒸し」、「寿司」（イカ・蟹・貝・玉子)、「海老の頭のお吸い物」。刺身の帆立が甘かった。これで3000円は安いな。
ご主人がお話好きな方で(もしくは女性の一人客に気を使ったのか)、色々と話しかけてくれました。ご主人も私と同意見。"美味しいお店は地元の人に聞くのが一番、ホテルのスタッフに聞いて正解"と仰ってました。
