やっと訪問、亀乃屋さん
実は初めて入るという、ドキドキ。
中は先客無しで、待ち無し着席。まぁ、一時半だし外は雪だしって感じかな。
さて、オーダーはやっぱり天中華、ホタテのかき揚げ入り。待つこと４、５分、すぐにチャク丼。
さて、スープを一口、うんうん、よくあるお蕎麦屋さんのシンプルなあっさりスープ。
麺は細麺、茹で加減はちょうどよし。
さて、メインのかき揚げは〜ψ(｀∇´)ψｲｯﾁｬｳﾖ
ん〜、貝柱の歯応えと旨みを感じる美味しいかき揚げ、スープに衣が溶け出すと天麩羅の旨みがスープに溶け出していい感じ。
ちょっとスープはもっと熱々でもいいなぁ、あと、せっかく美味しい天麩羅なんで揚げたてがいいなぁ、流石に揚げ置きよりかは、揚げたてサクサクの方が美味しいと思っちゃったね～。
ご馳走様でした。次回は揚げたてかき揚げが出てくることを期待。
