2021/07初訪問
桃太郎電鉄にも登場するこちらの「揚げたいやき」。五所川原市に久しぶりに来ましたが、一度も行ったことも食べた事もないのに、何故かこちらを思い出しての初訪問（笑）
駐車場はお店の横道から入っていけばあります。
お昼過ぎに行くと誰も居ない。いや店内には一人おりましたが、従業員？客？の区別がつかない。お母さんが出て来たので、どれが人気なのか一応確認。やはり揚げたいやき〔あんこ〕が一番とのこと。持帰りが出来るか確認すると、大丈夫とのことで10個をオーダー。130円税込／個。
こちらはイートインスペースもあるので、揚げたてを食べたければ直ぐに頂けます。外でブラブラしながら10分くらい待つと、「出来たよ〜」
丁寧に袋に入れて、油を吸いやすい紙で巻いてくれている。これだけでも手間だし有難いよね。
6時間後〜
帰宅して開けてみると…
油を吸いきれずに袋から滲み出てしまっている。流石に置き時間が長すぎたようです(^_^;)
冷めてますけどがぶりといただく。揚げた食感はカリッとしていて、中のスポンジはフワフワ。とまで大袈裟には言えないけど、揚げたてなら間違いなく美味しいだろうね。あんこも尻尾まで入っています。甘さも控えめでみんな好きな味。サイズ感もやや小さめで食べ易い。
結論
出来るだけ揚げたてを食べましょう。時間を置くと油っぽさが残るので、本来の旨さは味わえません。
