本日の夕食は4人で焼肉です。暑さでバテてきたのでパワーチャージしなければ。
という事でしっかり予約を入れてから伺ってます。
以前、つがる柏店にお邪魔して口コミを書かせてもらっています。本来ならばチェーン店の口コミは1軒のみと思っていたのですが、ローカルチェーン店なのでまぁいっか。この辺は緩いです。

まずはこの辺から。
一心亭カルビ(ハラミ)は安定の柔らかさと美味さ。ユッケは時代が時代だけに仕方がない。あの逆ギレ社長を恨むのみ。

タン無難。ホルモン脂のノリが良いですね。大蒜で更にスタミナチャージ。ただ冷麺だけは少し期待ハズレだった。麺、スープ共にもう少しキリリとして欲しかった。酢を投入するも届かず。
他にも石焼きビビンバやスイーツ等も頼んでます。
今回は冷麺を頼むつもりだったので肉は少なめで。
ドリンクは種類ありますが、ビールで通しました。
CPはまずまず。
写真は酔っ払って面倒くさくなったので後半放棄。
さて、青森県内では有名な焼肉チェーン店でして、その中でもこちら本店は週末、日祝は予約が必須の人気店。ただ最近青森県内に進出中の盛岡の焼肉店｢Y｣も五所川原市に進出確定です。こちらは盛岡本場仕込みの冷麺も引っ提げてくる事でしょう。我々消費者は楽しみが増えますが、お店としてはウカウカしてれませんぜ。何とかもう一踏ん張りしてもらいたいですね。
