The Sushi doesn't rotate! I usually go on holidays, so this was the first time I've seen this. I went there around 3pm. There was no Sushi on the conveyor belt, so I thought, "Huh?" Then I saw a sign that said, "Please order during this time." This is great because you can eat fresh sushi and you don't waste ingredients.
