濃厚煮干そば、和え玉
元々、軽食・喫茶のお店で、ゲーム機も置いてあったお店ですが、ゲーム機が無くなり、本格的な煮干中華そばや鶏中華そばの提供が始まりました。
今回は、濃厚煮干そば、和え玉をいただきました。
青森の煮干しはあっさりでも濃厚でも太めの手打ちが基本ですが、首都圏の煮干しは角館伊藤系がルーツなのか、細ストレートでパッツンとした食感の麺が流行しています。こちらはそのような雰囲気の煮干中華そばです。
スープは少しビターでガツンとした煮干に、濃厚な鶏白湯スープに甘さを抑えた醤油ダレのバランスが絶妙です。トッピングはレアチャーシュー、鶏チャーシュー、メンマ、海苔、ざく切り玉ねぎです。
麺は細ストレートでパッツンとした独特の食感です。
ライスかサラダが付きますが、今回は和え玉も食べたかったので、サラダにしました。シーザードレッシングがかかったサラダです。
和え玉は、魚粉、香味油、サイコロ切りのチャーシュー、ざく切り玉ねぎ、醤油ダレを混ぜていただきます。途中で濃厚煮干のスープでつけそばスタイルでいただきます。
テーブルに酢があったら完璧ですね。また、伺います。

こちら方面に急遽出張になったので、ランチは行きつけのこちらでいただきました。
息子さんが藤崎町に麺屋 謝として独立されてからは、旧来のメニューに戻りました。
ホワイトチキンカレーは驢馬の名物メニューの１つ。
真っ白でクリーミーなルーの中に辛さが潜んでいるのが面白いです。久しぶりにご飯をたっぷり頂きました。
